"Ain't what he did called 'Insider Trading' of the highest order?"
That's exactly what I thought when I read it. Looks/sounds like insider trading to me or at least the info could have been used as such. Obviously it was serious enough that he had to resign...like...now.
There's no wonder people have little confidence in the godvernment when people like this walk while Martha Stewart goes to the poke for misrepresenting something to the FBI whether intentionally or by mistake.
