If people are going to do all the things people do, pot ,guns,sex, make it legal, tax it, and maybe license it.
The government thinks they can control everything by passing laws but that doesn't work.

The Feds want total control of us but we are still hanging on to some of our freedom.
Legal or illegal we do what we can get away with.
