Hi Wayne, It is healing slowing. Still slight swelling from shoulder to fingers; some pain in area of surgery. My shoulder is also frozen which restricts range of motion to about 110. degrees., Doing 5 exercises 10 times each and repeat the sequence 10 per day: pulley, overhead stick lying on floor, standing and raising arm to about 110 degrees(painful maybe due to bicep tenodesis which anchored bicep to arm), and 2 with rubber band: rowing and pulling. Also have an occasional pinching sensation in elbow arm pit which was there before surgery; everyone says the sensation will go away but I hope it is not due to damage to the same bicep connected at elbow which I read does not heal itself. Thanks for asking and hope all is well with you.
