My point was that there has been many instances of she said, he said rape claims that have turned out to be false. Duke La cross comes immediately to mind. They crucified those boys based on the accusation alone. Ruined their lives...sullied Duke University as a whole and the sports department...turns out it was some doped up prostitute making false claims.
