Whatever happens, if anything, this holiday will not result in down hard in stocks. The reason is so many are on vacation and buy protection so they have no worries during that time. Since the market never rewards the spec and positions on the other side, we know why it works that way. Next worry time for equity will be after the solar eclipse in August. and probably after Labor Day.
