I never liked ascribing fundamental reasons as to why price move and here's why...everybody is laying this move off on the failure of the senate to pass repeal and replace...which for 7 years was only repeal until the statist's got a president who would sign a straight up repeal bill, then it became repeal and replace. That's what they're blaming it on, regardless...failure to pass R&R.

I submit, however that all the action within the blue box was building up to this move.
