Now that U mentioned it, I looked it up and yes.. Barrons, Forbes, Business Insider over the last many mths have been 'suggesting' it.

But why would the USD rally if Venezuela adopts ? Wouldn't it weaken?

Only if we go in and straighten things out and privatize business again after they adopt ?
