Follow the break out of the outside bar is the rule. This is a textbook example of this type of trade. I'm thinking it goes out the top but the market does not care what I think (another true-ism). lol.

This type of chart is a "signal" to traders that "We mean business!" Joe Speculator did not cause this market action, that's for sure.
