I guess that's an effective way to kill a bunch of people. Up high, clear line of sight to target, hard to get to the shooter, target rich environment, proper weapon type for the job, plenty of ammo.

Not that we know who did it or their motive but you know why the muslim would do something like that...they explain why they do it. It's evil but at least you know.
