or at least what it should have been. The security guard might have foiled this but here's what he was going to do.

He had 50 lbs of tanerite in the car. That would make quite the pop. He should have parked his car somewhere he could have set the tanerite off by shooting it. Personally, I would have used some electronics to set it off...like a phone.

So, set it off...that would draw the attention of everyone towards the explosion.

He was then going to run, or waddle, to the other side of the building. Knock out one of the windows with his 2 lb hammer and jump. Then...poof...black parachute deploys ala "Mission Impossible". Fly over to the other car parked a little ways off while listening to the MI theme song music...drive away. Where to? Maybe to a hide out in the Philippines...maybe off to his next massacre.

Maybe, he just snapped and had no escape plan. Maybe, he just wanted to kill people and then himself.
