I believe it would take at least 50-100 per foot to entice a large enough herd-o-rednecks to give up there lucrative businesses of selling used front porch recliners and rust bucket brand automobiles and go out to the glades to hunt snakes in enough quantity to do any good.

Maybe a sliding scale...30-40 at first while the population of snakes is high...as the population of snakes goes down and it gets harder to find them you might have to bump the bounty up or the necks would head back to selling front porch recliners and rust bucket brand automobiles.

10 mill would buy a lot of snakes. While that sounds like a turd load of money you got to ask yourself...how much is the glades worth to you as a state that benefits from tourist?
