Looks like it's most "fair" (ahem) for the state of NY if fairness is judged in cash terms. They get it and you don't.

I hate the crooked Post Office. It gives Amazon and the Chinese cheap rates and makes up for it by sapping retail customers. And, don't forget they need their pensions to be 100% funded on our retail backs, too. USPS, working to make America poor. Running mom and pops out of business by providing unfair advantage to these parasites.
