I'm no doctor, obviously, but my advise as a professional polyp factory...get em early before they end up looking like this:

Inside the black circle is the sphenoid sinus cavity. Look up on the net to see what a healthy one is supposed to look like. The "blob" on the left of the left hand picture is actually the right side of my main sinus cavity. The polyp has become so large that it shoved my septum over into the left side of the cavity.
