No Sir...That is a stainless Colt Combat Commander .45 ACP. It is a 1911 but with a slightly shorter barrel than the standard size 1911.

I'm old school...I like the .45 over the 9mm or much of any other caliber. No particular reason, it's just what I settled on many years ago. They're all good calibers and any of them beat a rock but I just like the .45 even though it has a disadvantage in mag capacity compared to the 9mm...can only get 8 rounds in the standard single stack mag.
