on his part...he thought he was playing his demo account.

You'll have to read the linked to story to figure out how he was able to place the trades w/o the punk behind them in his acct.

the brokerage is trying to decline his trades and winnings.

I agree...if he gets his winnings...run and never look back lest ye turn to salt.
