what's he to blame for...giving people a tax cut...to small by our estimation?

I agree the rino's of the pub party, thieving whores by anyone's standard, gave more of a break to their pay master handlers(big business) than to the peeps. Big surprise there. What they should have done was given a bigger cut all the way around. Zero taxes suits me.

As I say...we could vote in those who would take the crumbs back.
