One might as well write to a doctor, the following...I was conflicted as to whether I wanted to be a double naught spy or a brain surgeon. I have decided on being a brain surgeon, can you tell me how to preform neurosurgery? I'm to lazy to read for myself or spend 10 years studying the subject. If you could keep your explanation to 250 words or less it would be greatly appreciated. I got some syphering to do for my uncle.
