Having lived through more than a few Super Typhoons (sustained winds of 180 mph, at a minimum), it ain't all that bad. Except for Typhoon Wilda, where it built a vortex and stayed stationary for three days, giving us three days of sustained 120(+) mph winds .... The high winds are normally gone within less than a day.
