Actually, he should try it with Bezos company, higher chance of returning alive. LMAO!

TSLA should be filing BK anytime soon. No wonder they haven't been able to raise/dilute with equity or sell more bonds.

SEC investigation and now DOJ. It's not speculation on the bears' part anymore.
