here's some breaking news...it's a bullchit political play by the left in an effort to stymie the Kavanaugh nomination so the SCOTUS does not swing originalist or conservative. The liberal's have used the court for too many years to get their ideas into the main stream of America because they can't tell the people what they really want to do and get it passed through the proper constitutional process.
