I aint no expert military expert and I didn't even stay at a motel 6 last night...but...I'd be pretty confident in betting Ole Nukewell at planning on dropping anything on his base...he'll liquefy everything from the center outward in both directions to the Mississippi and the Colorado border from Canada and the gulf.

Not only will all the stored crops be gone...the land won't grow...but that's alright...they'll just import to the coasts...then they sell the middle at a discount rate for yuans on the dollar where the Chinese will force any survivors to work the radioactive oil fields.
