I wonder how many of the buyback guns were stolen. It would be a typical liberal ploy to tell people, we'll pay you for all the guns you bring in...no questions asked. That's a good way to get the large criminal element of the demoncrap party to go out and fetch you up some guns...ie steal them...and bring them here for dope cash.
