yep...I say...set up a couple of sniper nest around where ever it is they hang out and scan the grounds...any time you see gang colors or tattoos...pop.

If you want to get up close and personal just run around on the ground looking...see colors kill colors.

Leave em for the indigenous flesh eaters.
