Some are now saying if signed it will forfeit Trumps claim that there is a National emergency by virtue of the fact that no one would allow what's in the bill if there was a national emergency.

He should veto and tell the traitorous criminals that are both parties to shove it up their collective asses and declare a National Emergency...but he will not do that.
