Just think about this .. a minority group (Japanese, Korean, or Chinese descent) having to be 450 points higher than another minority group (negroes) ... To hayull with coaches .... Figure out a way to make European descent and East Asian descent negroes .... Think about it ... 450 points HIGHER on a 1600 point total scale?

But, that just might Make The Black Kids Angry.
