P.S. Pepper plants create hotness(not to including human influence of cross breeding etc.) as a defense mechanism against critters chowing down on them...as I heard once on some science show.

I don't know of a study to back this statement but...the human is the only animal on the planet who is stupid enough to force themselves to eat something this hot and painful.

That's paramount to stuffing your nose up a skunks butt as it sprays its lovely odoriferous fragrance or running naked through a porcupine patch...you know...just for the fun of it.
