Yeah I seen this pop up elsewhere.

What a bunch of fake news...They are having problems because their people don't trust their government...and there is a ton of other currencies pouring into the US dollar...they can only manipulate their currency so far and so short of a time...the market rules even over governments. China is in a big time recession Duh!
