If you're looking for a FAR straighter shooter than the Lapua ... check out the .300 Win Mag. And, if you want the same punch power, actually harder hitting, go with the .300 Remington Ultra Magnum (RUM). Or, my old favorite ... not really better but very cool, none the less, the good ol' .300 Weatherby Magnum. I have all three .... depends upon the day, as to what's my favorite.

I was just looking for a nice new squirrel rifle. Might work wonders on my raccoon problem.
