The ireenian scam is more probable but I was thinking more on the lines of getting your buddies at Solyndra some serious bank in the form of godvernment subsidies...of which they pocket the money while running Soledra into the dirt only to give Ocrapperbouy and the missus their fair share in the form of highly exaggerated speaking fees etc. after they get out of office.

Either way...crooks abound.
