there is, nor has there ever been, a whistleblower. Its all made up bullchit from word go just like that crazy made up story Schittforbrains made up about the phone call that sounded like a D-grade gangsta screenplay written by a retarded four year old kid...but wait...that is to unfairly insult retarded four year old kids.
