10 yr basically stuck in range 120-135 for the last almost 10 yrs(Ha 10 yr stuck for 10 yrs) where it's likely to stay only to change when the powers that be decide they need to move it to another range.

At the moment price is 3/4 they way through the range at 131-08. It was here back in 9-19 making this a possible double top at this level.

If it continues on up past this level be suspicious of top of range top at 135-00 or thereabouts.
