Ok...I believe in break points being tested...to the max. If a breakout isn't tested soon after breaking out, I alway expect it sometime in the future cause it usually will.

Check out this DOW chart. Notice when it broke 180 it did a test 4 months after. Perfect setup. I like seeing them test even further out...7.5 time periods...15...22.5 whenever but it seems the bigger the test base the more footing for a stronger more prolonged move.

Notice back down at 13500 there was no test. Does she want it now? Will the piper demand his pay after helicopter money propping up of the economy? Is this the big one, ELizabeth? How bout 25 trillion in debt and 100's of trillions in unfunded mandates?
