What’s more important (to me) how price acts (pa) at the line.
Without a change of behavior (COB) a trend will continue regardless of the line and it’s supposed importance.

Here’s an example of how I read pa at what I assume at some future date, will be important.

From a trading range I use fib extensions as objectives.

Wed. 2/19 we reached smart moneys 3rd obj. Only to have a mid range close on Thur. I ask? Where’s my reaction bar?
Fridays bar closed mid to lower of the bars range right.
What’s important here?
We got a COB & closed for the 1st time below reaction bar high at a danger zone!! The rest is history.

I’m not the sharpest knife in the kitchen OK. What I can’t figure out. How does smart money, Wyckoff calls then cm. How do they manipulate markets to coincide with a news event????
