Actually, Spike, one cannot blame any administration for cutting anything. Or, for that matter, increasing any funding.

As, in the example of CDC, the current administration submitted a budget that had cuts. However, that budget was not accepted and ... once again, no budget was passed. Rather, an omnibus spending bill was submitted. It included an INCREASE in funding to the CDC. The president signed it. Ergo, there was an INCREASE in funding.

Can't blame the administration for that. And, in the previous years, you can't blame the obimbo administration.

It's the lies about such that bother any person with an education level above that of Third Grade Primary School. Face it, "Facts" is either one of two things (or a combination of both). Either that thing is stupid, beyond the pale. Or, it is a bald faced liar that is SO stupid that it thinks that human beings would be STUPID enough to believe them.

I'm of the belief that it is a combination of the two.
