It aint the virus that bothers me...

It ain't the virus that bothers me...it's the panicky hive mind that rips at the veil of society in cases of emergency. The veil of society, by the way, is as thin and frail as a butterfly's wing. The only thing worse than a hoard of stupid is a scared hoard of stupid.

I got a report from a friend that the stores in the little burb 10 miles closer to Nashville than me are out of food. Nearly completely.

This is where the chit really hits the fan...people will panic big time if food is not put back in its proper places and soon. You know the chain for food is thin because of the way they order the stuff...three day supply at a time...or something similar...in order to maximize profits and keep food cost lower to us by saving on waste etc.

My estimation...we are at DefCon 3. If the shelves are not filled again, soon...DefCon2...the trucks will begin to get hijacked and the inner cities will empty out into the burbs in search of food...DefCon1 as they have been trained and are practiced at taking what they want by force.

Be preparing to go to your safe places...it's not the virus that will cause Martial Law...it will be the actions of the hoards and the reaction by the set upon.

I hope I'm wrong. I'm probably wrong. Somethings up, though.
