Of course it's man made...it's a biological war set off by china and we should nuke them into oblivion for their troubles. A weapon of mass destruction is a weapon of mass destruction...biological or nuclear.

Trump was killing their economy to the point they felt the had no choice. Their plans of global dominance were under attack...they struck back.

Nuke the mofo's.
