Ah ... to be 62 again. LOL

I could probably still do all that...IF...I didn't try to do it at age 25 speed and gusto...and was prepared to pay the price in aches and pains that would take twice as long to recover from.

It was a sad day the first time I had to call to get help doing something I could have easily done alone at a younger age. Heavy sigh.

Sorry to hear about your pain...I know that's tough to deal with.
