I agree, at least as far as I understand the bill so far but I haven't read all that is in it.

The SCOTUS ruling does give a little more bite to the absoluteness of the second amendment. Maybe things like regulating magazine capacity and outright banning certain classes of weapons will be a little more protected because of this ruling. I certainly don't think it will stop the anti-Americans from trying but it may be just a bit harder to accomplish. Maybe.

I'm glad the ruled the way they did vs the contrary...at any rate.

Red flag laws, as you suggest, should be found unconstitutional based solely on the violation of the fourth amendment.
