Employees are quitting and not being replaced. Pushing workloads onto the real workers.

Payroll goes down. Profits up, for now.

But, new young people do not work hard for the pittance paid. Smart. Some are stoned on pot.

I've lost 20 lbs. in 7 months. Got another 20 to go.
