Bull news one day...bear news the next...

Fed says one thing ....next day a contradiction.

I think this may be setting up long-term moves once this process is exhausted...and nobody reacts to any news/views.

I put some anglo-am and impala into the Roth to hold.

All crypto has to be in a Roth or the taxes will eat you alive. Mostly, you don't own the crypto...you just have a claim...highly increasing risk.
