Funny. On the Cuyahoga County ballot, there is an issue wherein the "reapportionment" will no longer be the purview of the legislature and given to an appointed panel of non-elected officials.

Everything else on the ballot, issues, politicians, etc., were in English and spic talk.

On this issue, which was almost a full page .... NO English .... only spic talk.

Tried calling on it, but that was a waste of two hours of time .....

It's just the way they roll in Northeast Nohio (special emphasis on the "No)
