Ten years ago, we had the highest, by FAR, water/sewer rates in the nation. Since then, water rates have increased close to Two Hundred Fifty percent and the Sewer charge has better than TRIPLED. As high as the water rate is, the sewerage is close to 20% higher than the water. You cannot make up this stuff.
