Thanks for your kind words, Trades.

I was perhaps more serious in my post than you realize.

Regarding having an employee take the helm, that has been tried that in the past -- I believe thrice. Good men. Not a success at any attempt.

Perhaps the 'right person' would be one who takes an interest in participating in the forum out of sheer love of the medium and of trading. It is quite likely the truth that I don't have sufficient time to invest in the forum to police it.

I shall ponder the question, your advice, and the future of the forum.
