I live in Genesee county, (south east) Michigan.
AT&T has been my phone provider for as long as I can remember.

The following is what they say about my DSL.

Download speed up to: 1.5 Mbps - Up to 3.0 Mbps
Upload speed up to: 384 Kbps

I have no idea what it means. I don't even know if it's true but I pasted it from my account info.
