Yes, I think you're pretty much spot on, CeeJay. Producers don't really consciously adjust production on week-to-week vaariables. There are so many factors that go into marginal production decisions - with inputs from geological, engineering and financial disciplines - and the lead time is measured in months and years. The IRR is a baseline for decisions, but there's alot that goes into it and the short-term synoptic weather pattern isn't really a factor.
