Well, keep an eye on it !!! I don't know exactly how you trade this beyond using ETF's.
- I try to mention to you what ever the charts are showing since I think you said you "under stand the weather" but not so much the "technical analysis".

I'm gaining on the Technical Analysis, but Trades and Wayne have certainly been "great teachers". Not to exclude others on this subject, but these guys have continuously exchanged thoughts on charts/markets !!

Trades may comment soon, but at the moment I see 4.2 as a max. for this current bounce and then heading south again unless Emily gets in there and "really stirs the pot" !! As I mentioned, part of the problem is just how quickly an event like that shows up in price !!!!
