Trades: thoughts on gold/silver

Dear Trades,

As mentioned in my post a few weeks ago, I have been working on my teaching certificate and have not followed the markets as closely as in the past. The sharp rise in gold and silver, though, as caught my attention. Goldman Sachs and a few others have noted that copper has shot up too high, too soon, but yet they don't expect much of a pullback and see pullbacks as buying opportunities. What do the charts tell you? I have been looking for a pullback to go long with only a small amount of cash, but as of yet, no pullback. As you noted in your post on Saturday, there are a lot of double tops forming in the markets, but has resistance been broken this week?

I hope you've been having success in your trades and enjoying this new year!

Best regards,
Andrew
