looks like congress has just issued a subpoena to O'brien who was an assistant treasurer. Her reluctance to testify voluntarily was what prompted the investigations subcommittee of the House Financial Services Committee to vote on Wednesday to issue the subpoena. I cut the last sentence from a recent article by Reuters. Looks like they are planning for March 28th. Some think she will invoke the 5th.

They just need to find that one person that they have the goods on and get them to flip. Don't know, if they can, but am keeping my fingers crossed because someone gave the ok to use customer funds without replacing with equivalent capital.

I look to participate more in the near future on the Forum. Just need this MF Global thing to play out a litte bit more. I am still reading a lot of the posts and read the articles in the Dallas Morning News on NG when I see them and the NG posts on the forum.
