Hey guys,

Sorry that you are having troubles with an ad. I experienced that once, using Firefox ... it has a strange way of handling some plugins, apparently. I will get our advertising agency to look into the issue.

If everyone who is experiencing trouble writes to me by email to provide some details of your computer configuration, that will be helpful.
