No one claimed Ford did anything wrong. Ford took subsidies from different branches of the government earlier, But it was the mortgaging of their own assets in 2006 that raised operating capital.

The subsidies are loans at high interest .That is then a venture for the Govt. Saving jobs allows continued tax income.
